Trello is the source of truth for every in-progress video: each card's list = its stage, and its position in the list = upload order. Get an API key + token at trello.com/app-key.
List → Stage Mapping
If you have multiple Trello lists for one stage (e.g. "Videos in Edit" and "Videos in Review" both count as Editing), separate them with commas. Within a stage, queue order follows when a card first entered that stage — not its current sub-list — so sending a card back for changes doesn't cut the line.
